DUMPLING
This is our Entrepreneur League first event. We decided to organize “Winter Solstice” Dumpling workshop as a social function for the course, MPU-2242 Social and Work Etiquette. There are 19 students in our class, each of us have our own duties in this event. The targeted participants of our event is all the TAR UC included all the staffs, lectures and students. We will share the recipe of making dumpling with the participants on the cooking skill and communication skill from this event. We forecast 30-40 participants to take part and hope everyone will enjoy during our event.
OBJECTIVE
The objectives for this event are to teach students and lectures about how to make Tang Yuan. Besides that, we wish to improve our communication skill and leadership skill. We wish the students can know more detail about Dong Zhi Festival and we hope our coming generation will follow this festival so that it will not be forgotten. Furthermore, through with this event, students can feel about the family warm because some students stay in hostel and would not be able to go home to celebrate with the family. Hence, they can join our event that we organize.
